Mandatory Documents and Check List

  • Application Form 14A
  • Cover letter signature addressed to the Visa Officer at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Mumbai/Chennai/New Delhi
  • Letter of Introduction (from V39A) may be required on a case-by-case basis
  • Hotel booking voucher
  • Flight ticket
  • Salary slip for the last 3 months
  • Updated bank statement for 3 months, stamped and signed by the bank
  • Travel insurance
  • Certificate of COVID vaccination
  • Original leave letter on company letterhead
  • A white background passport-sized photo with a semi-matte finish (35mm x 45mm) and 80% facial coverage is required
  • Any address proof document such as a rental agreement, e-bill copy, Aadhaar card, etc.
  • Passport with 6 months of validity from the date of travel 
  • A valid passport with a minimum of six months validity
  • Minimum 2 blank pages in passport for immigration stamps
  • GST Certificate if you have a business
  • Certificate of Incorporation if you have a business
