France Tourist Visa – BTV10003

Scenario 1: If you are a corporate, private, or government employee.

• A copy of the duly filled France visa application form for the France visa application website.
• Current Original passport – Must be submitted at the respective VFS centers 
• Photocopy the front and last pages of the current passport, including all entry and exit stamps.
• Previous Passport – In case you have had a passport before.
• Photocopy the front and last pages of the previous passport, including all entry and exit stamps.
• Passport with 6 months of validity from the date of travel
• Minimum 2 blank pages in passport for immigration stamps.
• Two passport photos with dimensions of 35mm in width and 45mm in height are mandatory. The face should occupy 70-80% of the photo, with a white background.
• ITR photocopies – Last 2 Years 
• Stamped and signed bank statement for last 3 months is required with a minimum bank balance of 1 lac rupees.
• Leave approval letter from your employer on company letterhead. The leave letter must be stamped and signed.
• If you are an employee serving the Government of India, you must submit a no-objection letter from your respective department for international travel.
• Cover letter 
• A copy of clear travel itinerary 
• Dependent/sponsorship letter in case you have family members who are non-earning and dependent on you for all expenses.
• A no-objection letter is required from the other parent if he or she will not be traveling with a child under 18, and only one parent is traveling.
• School leave letter if a child is travelling and currently studying, along with a copy of their school ID card.
• If you are married, a marriage registration certificate is required. If you don’t have a marriage registration certificate, but either of the passports has the spouse’s name mentioned on the last page of the passport, the French embassy will accept it as a valid proof of marriage.
• If you do not have a marriage certificate, or if your spouse’s name is not mentioned on the last page of your passport, you must provide a copy of your wedding card along with photographs taken during your wedding.
• Confirmed round trip air ticket photocopy
• Hotel confirmation voucher photocopy
• Photocopy of transport/internal flights/bus tickets, train tickets, etc. to connect different cities or countries within Schengen countries.
• A photo copy of pan card.
• A photo copy of address proof (rent agreement, voter id or electricity bill)

Scenario 2: If you have a business.

• A copy of the duly filled France visa application form for the France visa application website.
• Current Original passport – Must be submitted at the respective VFS centers 
• Photocopy the front and last pages of the current passport, including all entry and exit stamps.
• Previous Passport – In case you have had a passport before.
• Photocopy the front and last pages of the previous passport, including all entry and exit stamps.
• Passport with 6 months of validity from the date of travel
• Minimum 2 blank pages in passport for immigration stamps.
• Two passport photos with dimensions of 35mm in width and 45mm in height are mandatory. The face should occupy 70-80% of the photo, with a white background.
• ITR copies – Last 2 years for your business 
• If you have an additional personal bank account and file tax returns separately from your business returns, you should provide copies of your additional ITR for the last two years from your personal income.
• A copy of GST certificate.
• A copy of certificate of incorporation in case your business is a private limited business entity.
• A copy of the partnership deed is required if your business is a proprietorship/partnership business entity with one or more business partners on the company letterhead with a stamp and signature of your business.
• A copy of the MSME certificate in case you have one.
• Stamped and signed bank statement of your corporate business bank account for the last three months is required with a minimum bank balance of 1 lakh rupees.
• Cover letter on company letterhead, duly stamped, and signed.
