Thor’s Hammer Terms and Conditions:

• Thor’s Hammer fee is 7,000 rupees and is nonrefundable and applicable for 2 Persons
• Adding extra person will increase the Thor’s Hammer fee by 50% and so on.
• Additional 10 % and 20 % discounts on Thor’s fee is only applicable for Class B and Class C Hotels
• Thor’s Hammer power are only applicable for trip to Andaman Islands
• Thor’s hammer full power can only be utilized if you have booked flight & land package combo with us
• In case you have booked the flights on your own, Thor’s Hammer full power can not be fully utilized and will only be applicable for land package benefits.
• Thor’s Hammer power is not applicable for sub-section “Covid 19 Terms & Conditions: Free Trip Reschedule Conditions | Covid 19 Immunity Program” mentioned under the “Payment and Cancellation” policy document
• Thor’s Hammer power supersedes the existing standard “Payment and Cancellation” policy and sub-section “Self-Initiated Trip Reschedule Conditions” mentioned under the “Payment and Cancellation” policy document
• 100% of the air ticket cost and 100% of the land package cost must be paid as per the “Payment and Cancellation Policy” document in order to avail the power of Thor’s Hammer
• In case you have only paid 25% of the package and 100% of the flight and wish to cancel the trip and have chosen Guarantied 50 % of the airline cost and additional 50% of the land package cost paid as refund to the original payment mode(cash/NEFT/UPI) where you wish to cancel the trip because of any reason before 15 days of your trip start date, please be informed you will not be eligible utilize power of Thor’s Hammer, in these cases if there are any installments short fall/defaulted payments which lead to the monetary loss of BalmyTrip, the same amount will be recovered from your flight ticket amount.
• 90% of the airline cost paid as a refund will go to BalmyTrip’s virtual wallet, virtual amount’s exact value will be informed to clients via email. This virtual wallet amount can not be used to book flights for any other sector or location. This further means you can only use the virtual wallet amount to book the flights for Andaman(Port-Blair only). However, changes to the original boarding point (starting point/location/airport) to reach Port Blair are allowed
• In case the cost of your new flight tickets for new travel dates under 1 free trip reschedule comes lower than the 90% of the virtual wallet refund value, the roll over balance will be refunded back to clients in original mode of payment as cash/NEFT/UPI refund.
• In case the cost of your new flight tickets for new travel dates under 1 free trip reschedule comes higher than 90% of the virtual wallet refund value, the differential extra amount for issuing the new airline ticket must be borne by the clients.
• Guarantied 90% of the airline cost paid as refund in BalmyTrip wallet and One free trip-reschedule in case you wish to cancel the trip because of any reason before 7 days of your trip start date and Guarantied 50 % of the airline cost and additional OR Guarantied 50% of the land package cost paid as cash refund and , in case you wish to cancel the trip because of any reason before 15 days of your trip start date can not be clubbed together. So, if you agree to take 90% of the airline cost paid as a refund in BalmyTrip wallet, you can not alter or change your decisions in the later stages. The first decision and agreement is the final agreement between you(client) and BalmyTrip
• If you (the client) choose one free trip rescheduling option, for a new flight there will be no seat selection or meal options available. Thor’s power entitles you with one time exception for trip reschedule. Any other future modifications will incur 100% of the amount paid to BalmyTrip as a trip loss
• Late Payment fee is INR 500 Per Day and Maximum 7 days will be granted to clear delayed Installments/Pending payments along with late payment charges of INR 500*7(INR 500 * 7 Days) = INR 3500 rupees as per the “Payment and Cancellation” policy . This amount is not covered under Thor’s Hammer power and can not be refunded or compensated in any scenarios, therefore we request you to make timely payments.
• Trip rescheduling can only be done as the different seasons of travel. Ideally every location has 3 travel seasons (Low, High and Peak Season). If your trip is booked for Low season, free trip reschedule will only be provided in low season given the fact the charges for low season are lesser as compared to high and peak season
• Client must inform BalmyTrip at least 45 days in advance to make necessary arrangements and reservation in Andaman, in case you have opted for 1 free trip reschedule
• Should you wish to hop from low to high or peak season under a free trip rescheduling program, you must pay the extra charges/fair difference of the land package for peak and high season travel.
• BalmyTrip holds the right to revise itinerary and hotels for any situation beyond our control and provide the best alternate options available
