  • We have been to Bali over 30 times in seven years and researched it well. We made a unique product that’s different from typical travel plans found across websites. Our product is exciting and unlike anything else. Most travel companies offer the same plans, but we tried something new and successful.

Whether it’s Kuta, Kintamani Tour, a silver-making factory, mas village or the Celuk factory, we have removed them all from our itineraries. These are all money-making industries, nothing else. Drivers eagerly take visitors there to shop and then receive a commission. That’s the reality. We refuse to involve ourselves in these practices, even if it means losing sales. We are happy with it and prioritize authentic Balinese experiences!

  • Travel agents and companies often recommend Kuta as a place to visit in Bali. Kuta has low-cost lodging options, but unfortunately, it’s very crowded and the service is not very good. Tour companies only promote Kuta to make money, but we think differently. We don’t include Kuta in our travel itineraries. Instead, we recommend staying in other places like Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud, Sideman, and Gili Islands. These locations are more peaceful and provide better hospitality.
  • We don’t want to pinpoint any hotels, but please check your itinerary. You may find Grand Ixora Hotel and Alam Puisi Villa listed there. Is that the only hotel in Bali? Please think again.
  • Private pool villas are the unique selling proposition of Bali, just like overwater villas in the Maldives. Imagine the quality of private pool villas you could get by paying an average cost of INR 3,500-4,000 per night. However, poor infrastructure, messy and stinky private pools are what you will get if you choose the wrong one. The reason for offering such villas at a lower cost could be due to their poor quality.
  • BalmyTrip offers high-end luxury villas with exceptional service and clean infrastructure, including a private pool. However, these villas cost at least INR 10,000 per night and more. The experience, however, will be unforgettable.

DMCs and many local companies dominate the local market by offering lower prices to drivers. In return, drivers create a fuss and offer below-standard service to clients. The logic is simple: you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, most clients do not know this fact and trust blindly the travel companies they chose as their travel partner. Local Balinese drivers are the backbone of your trip. They are your best buddies and guides and help with every local affair. At BalmyTrip, we have a trusted, highly-rated fleet of local drivers. Almost all travel companies offer Nusa Penida tours on a shared basis. This means that the pick-up and drop-off from the hotel to the jetty point, as well as the driver cum guide on Nusa Penida Island, are all shared. However, at BalmyTrip, we offer private transfers and a private driver cum guide for the Nusa Penida Island tour. Please note that the speed boat to reach Nusa Penida Island is still on a shared basis.

Jet Ski and Banana Boat ride combo. That’s it? It seems there are only two water sports in Bali; the rest don’t even exist. This is really crazy. We have removed these conventional and boring water sports from our itineraries and instead offer scuba diving and river rafting!

Additional Information

  • No mandatory RT-PCR test is required to enter Bali as of now. However, this rule can change, and you must check the requirements set by the Indonesian government a few days prior to your departure.

  • Upon arrival at the entry points, foreign travelers must undergo a COVID-19 symptom check, which includes a body temperature check, under the following conditions.

  • If there are no symptoms of COVID-19 and the body temperature is below 37.5 degrees Celsius, there is no need to undergo an RT-PCR examination upon arrival. However, if there are any COVID-19 symptoms or the body temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, an RT-PCR examination must be conducted upon arrival.

  • You must download the PeduliLindungi app on your mobile phone. Register on the app, upload your vaccination certificate, and keep the app online while you are in Bali.
  • A BT WhatsApp support group is available for post-booking inquiries from Tuesday to Thursday, only between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The post-booking BT WhatsApp support group will be closed during Indian holidays.
  • Please avoid messaging the post-booking WhatsApp group or calling the 24/7 support number after the specified support hours and timings, i.e., Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • 24/7 trip support will be available 24 hours before the start date of your trip and will last until the end of the trip.

  • Chat support’s SLA is within 15 minutes (from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM only).

  • The call support’s SLA is within 5 minutes (24/7/365).

  • We maintain the same level of commitment and professionalism that we demonstrated prior to receiving the payment. We never change our tone, switch off our phones, or make a mess. Please use the booking reference number for all future communications with us.

  • Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the funds receipt from “finance@balmytrip.com” or other relevant accounting authorities of BalmyTrip.

  • Our compliance team will conduct an audit call to ensure that the commitments your travel advisor made to you at the time of booking are genuine.

  • The Audit & Compliance Division is a separate vertical of BalmyTrip, ensuring transparency, trust, and faith in achieving quality standards.

  • Please note that as most of our bookings are done in the backend via emails, you will not receive hotel and activities vouchers. Also, we will not be able to provide email proofs for your reservations due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between respective partners and BalmyTrip. Instead, you will receive a trip schedule that will have all the relevant information related to your trip.

  • The trip schedule will be sent anywhere from 24 hours to seven days before your trip departure date.

  • Please note that GST invoices will only be available once the trip is fully completed.

  • Our post-booking support service is usually created within 24 to 48 hours after the first payment. This is a WhatsApp chat support group, and we are highly responsive. We are known for setting ambitious standards.”

  • The online booking option is only available for two people.
  • For bookings with more than two guests, please seek offline assistance.

  • The word “complementary” means “free”. These free services are provided in every Bali package to make our product unique. Please be informed that BalmyTrip Holidays does not charge any amount for these complementary services.

  • Removing these complementary services from your package does not provide you with any discounts. So even if you choose to skip, remove, or customize any of the complementary services, there are no discounts, refunds, or compensations in any of the packages.

  • In case you are unable to avail of any of these services for any reason, there will be no refunds or compensations.

  • If you do not like any of the complementary services, there are no compensations, alternate arrangements, or refunds.

  • If you miss any of the complementary services because of flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, or personal concerns, you are not entitled to any alternate arrangements or refunds.

  • Sometimes, speedboats may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or operational issues. These possibilities are exceedingly rare, and have only occurred with 1% of our past travelers. In the unfortunate event that this happens to you, we will do our best to assist you and provide the necessary support.

  • Please note that if your speedboat is cancelled and you are unable to reach your next destination, the hotel will not provide any refunds as per their policies and agreement. You will need to book a new hotel and pay for any extra costs incurred. BalmyTrip Holidays will not bear any losses and will not compensate for any losses that may occur due to speedboat operation issues. However, we will try to provide you with the best and most affordable options available at the time.

  • Please note that the tourist SIM services in Bali may not be seamless and there may be network issues. If you experience any problems with the SIM, please inform us and we will do our best to assist you. However, kindly remember that BalmyTrip is not the service provider for these SIM cards, and we are therefore not responsible for any service issues that may occur.

Itinerary

  • Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, Bali, our representative will welcome you in the traditional Balinese way and escort you to the hotel for check-in formalities.
  • Our driver will provide an international SIM card.
  • Take some time to relax at the hotel and shake off any tiredness from your long flight.
  • The rest of the day is yours to explore the city at your leisure.
  • In the evening we have arranged veg candle lit dinner with wine at Jimbaran beach.
  • Enjoy your overnight stay at Seminyak.
Important Note:
  • Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and solely at the discretion of the hotel’s authorities.
  • Transfers to reach Jimbaran beach late in the evening for candle lit dinner are not included, however, we will provide a few online taxi booking options to help you find cost-effective cars.
  • Nusa Dua’s beachfront setting overlooking clean white sand beaches makes it an idyllic place for honeymooners and for those looking for a serene time. Nusa Dua is also famous for its water sports with a huge selection of water-based activities available including scuba diving off the coast.
  • We are offering scuba diving, with the ticket price included. In the evening, we will go on a tour of Uluwatu Temple and explore famous Padang Padang Beach. Padang Padang’s white sand beach offers a great view and a small sandy area for sunbathing and doing nothing at all.
  • Our next stop is the famous Uluwatu Temple located on a cliff about 100 meters above the ocean, offering a unique sight.
  • Watch the traditional Kecak Dance, performed by approximately 50 artists.
  • This dance is the only one based on vocals rather than instruments, dating far back to Balinese history, prior to the use of instruments.
  • Return to the hotel and staying overnight in Seminyak.

Important Note:

  • You will start between 8:00 to 8:30 am from the hotel and return by 5:00 pm.
  • Wake up in the morning and have breakfast before heading towards the west Sanur/Padang Bai boat point for the ferry.
  • Remember, we leave early at 7 am from Seminyak. During our trip to Nusa-Penida, we will visit several destinations with a private tour guide.
  • The Kelingking viewpoint offers a magnificent view. If you’ve seen a single picture of Nusa Penida, it’s probably the one. Although you can go down to the beach, the journey is difficult and risky, and it’s not recommended from a safety perspective.
  • The Broken Beach is a cave that has lost its roof and is now a beautiful natural bridge.
  • Angel’s Billabong is a natural infinity pool that’s just amazing to see. You can also swim there, but only when the waves are not big.
  • Crystal Bay is a nice beach and popular for snorkeling! There are stalls that sell food and drinks, and you can rent chairs to lay down.
  • The Nusa Penida trip includes a private guide and a mini Balinese lunch/snacks at Penida Island.
  • Return to the hotel is comfortable, and you’ll have an overnight rest at Seminyak.

  • The West Nusa Penida tour will begin in the morning between 7:00 – 7:30 am, and you will return to the hotel around 5:00 pm.
  • After breakfast, our first stop will be Bali Swing, which includes a variety of swings, such as Adrenaline Swing, Single Swing, Libra Swing, Romantic Swing, Bed Swing, Ship, Helicopter, Bird Nest, Chicken Nest, and Big Stone on Waterfall.

  • The package also includes photo spot selections and a visit to Tegallalang Rice Fields, located in Ubud, which is renowned for its beautiful vistas of rice paddies and traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system called subak.
  • This spot offers a cool and breezy location for tourists to take pictures, and nature lovers and painters can visit the art kiosks and cafes located nearby.
  • You will also visit Tukad Cepung Waterfall, one of Bali’s hidden and gorgeous waterfalls, and Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), a UNESCO world heritage site with mysterious caves, ancient bathing pools, and relics nestled amidst lush green rice paddies.
  • You will return to the hotel and stay overnight in Ubud.

  • The tour will start at 7:30 to 8 am from Seminyak, and we will check-in to the hotel in Ubud by 5 pm.
  • After breakfast, your first visit will be whitewater rafting at the Ayung River, which includes a Balinese lunch.
  • After the two-hour rafting adventure with our professional guides, enjoy the fantastic atmosphere, touching landscape, and exciting feelings.
  • After rafting, enjoy lunch from the buffet, a shower, and a towel.
  • Next, head to Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, one of the most photographed temples in Bali. This famous spot features multi-roofed shrines with mountains and a reflecting lake, making for incredibly photogenic scenery.
  • The Handara gate is also famous and has become one of the biggest spots for clicking photographs for Instagram covers.
  • Finally, visit the Wanagiri Hidden Hill, which has many selfie spots facing the Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan surrounded by shady forests, making it a truly beautiful place.
  • Return to the hotel at Ubud for an overnight stay.
