Drivers eagerly take visitors there to shop and then receive a commission. That’s the reality. We refuse to involve ourselves in these practices, even if it means losing sales. We are happy with it and prioritize authentic Balinese experiences!

• Travel agents and companies often recommend Kuta as a place to visit in Bali. Kuta has low-cost lodging options, but unfortunately, it’s very crowded and the service is not very good. Tour companies only promote Kuta to make money, but we think differently. We don’t include Kuta in our travel itineraries. Instead, we recommend staying in other places like Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud, Sideman, and Gili Islands. These locations are more peaceful and provide better hospitality.
• We don’t want to pinpoint any hotels, but please check your itinerary. You may find Grand Ixora Hotel and Alam Puisi Villa listed there. Is that the only hotel in Bali? Please think again.
• Private pool villas are the unique selling proposition of Bali, just like overwater villas in the Maldives. Imagine the quality of private pool villas you could get by paying an average cost of INR 3,500-4,000 per night. However, poor infrastructure, messy and stinky private pools are what you will get if you choose the wrong one. The reason for offering such villas at a lower cost could be due to their poor quality.
• BalmyTrip offers high-end luxury villas with exceptional service and clean infrastructure, including a private pool. However, these villas cost at least INR 10,000 per night and more. The experience, however, will be unforgettable.

DMCs and many local companies dominate the local market by offering lower prices to drivers. In return, drivers create a fuss and offer below-standard service to clients.
