Payment & Cancellation Policy

At the Time of Booking
  • 100% of the ticket cost is required at the time of booking
  • If you cancel your ticket 72 hours prior to departure time, a cancellation fee of Rs 500 per ticket per person will be charged
  • No refunds will be given if you cancel your ticket within 0 to 72 hours of the ship's departure time
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours before the ship departure time with a rescheduling fee of Rs. 500 per person per ticket
  • No rescheduling can be done if you request within 0 to 72 hours from the cruise departure time
  • A full refund will be processed if cancellation is due to weather conditions, technical or unforeseen reasons from the cruise end
  • Please note that there will be no refunds in case of no shows

Important Notes
  • The cost of a cruise ticket for infants aged 1 and below is free; however, they may still require a ticket. To obtain a ticket, simply select the infant ticket option on the  booking page, and we will issue the ticket for you. Do keep in mind that a maximum of 5 infant bookings is allowed on a single ticket.
  • Tickets are limited and subject to a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Kindly make reservations in advance as activities may be unavailable or out of stock. In the event of an unavailability of any activity, please use your reservation for another one.
  • Each cruise ticket can only be reserved once and the pass is non-transferable.

Terms & Conditions
  • At least 1 person is needed to make the booking.
  • Prices valid for travel until Sep 30, 2024.
  • A confirmed cruise ticket with PNR will be shared within 1 to 24 business hours after you make the payment. In case the cruise seats are sold, we will offer you alternate options or provide a 100% refund
  • Reservations are made offline, and this process may take up to 24 hours. 
  • The given prices are not valid for peak season travel.
  • The peak season dates are from December 21st, 2024 to January 06th, 2025.
  • Passengers should report at least 45 minutes prior to cruise departure time.
  • Cruise boarding closes 30 minutes before departure.
  • Infants less than 1 year old are not allotted a seat.
  • Passengers must carry valid photo ID proof when entering the port area.
  • Cruise tickets are non-transferable and non-routable.
  • Passengers are responsible for the safety of their valuables and personal belongings as management is not liable for any theft, loss or damage.
  • Consumption of alcohol/narcotics, smoking, chewing/spitting of paan/gutka, etc. is prohibited onboard and punishable by a fine of up to INR 1000.00 as per GOI regulations.
  • The passenger warrants and declares that they, along with any accompanying children and/or babies in arms, do not suffer from any major illnesses or ailments.
  • Cruise company reserves the right to change the sailing schedule depending upon the weather seasons or shift your booking to a different cruise due to operational reasons.
  • BalmyTrip reserves the right to revise the itinerary and hotels for any situation beyond our control and provide the best alternate options available.

  • Leave from your hotel to Jetty Point. The travel time may range from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the distance between your hotel and Jetty Point.

  • Cruise boarding starts 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so please plan accordingly to leave from the hotel.

Please note: This is the recommended itinerary if you are choosing a 7:30 AM departure time. If you have chosen a 12:15 PM departure, please plan the rest of your day according to the itinerary suggested for the 7:30 AM departure time.

Boarding for the cruise will commence about 30 minutes ahead of the departure time. Ensure you finalize the boarding process to embark on the cruise.

7:30 AM

9:00 AM

Haddo Jetty

Infants below 1 year of age can travel free of cost. They must share the seat with their parents.

Nautika has two ticket classes: Luxury and Royal. Luxury is on the lower deck with different seats than Royal on the upper deck. Royal costs more, but both have equal comfort. Guests prefer Luxury.

Children and infants above 1 year of age will be charged full ticket fare.

Nautika Cruise staff offers snacks and drinks to BalmyTrip guests at their seats. Our partnership with Nautika ensures easy identification for staff with a separate guest list.


Window seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If one is open, our booking team will assign it to you for free. If not, you can request one when boarding the Nautika cruise. If there are extras, they will gladly give one to you.

With the data we have gathered so far from our previous bookings, we have been able to secure window seats for approximately 95% of guests who booked in advance. So, don't worry, try to book in advance, and be assured that we will do our best to ensure you get a window seat. :)


Women are allowed on board during pregnancy, based on the instructions given by their doctors. Infants are also allowed on board but must be accompanied by an adult.

Safety video and instructions provided on board are mandatory for all passengers to ensure proper evacuation procedures.


Yes, the crew is trained in first aid. First aid kits are always available on each deck, in the reception area, and in the medical room.

Strictly no smoking on the cruise or in harbor. Prosecution may occur if not followed.

Yes, it is allowed, but only one sealed bottle per person with the purchase receipt. A large quantity will be confiscated by the CISF.

Examples of items prohibited on-board; including but not limited to, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, dangerous chemicals, firearms and ammunition (including realistic replicas), sharp objects such as knives and scissors, candles and incense sticks (agarbattis), self-defense gear (e.g., handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks), items containing flammable liquids or explosives such as lighter fluid and fireworks, HAM radios, electrical extension cords, and multi-pin plugs. These items will be confiscated upon discovery.

Yes, a recognized government ID proof such as PAN card, Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, and driving license for Indian citizens, and passport for international citizens are required. Copies on phones will not be accepted. The original ID card must be carried. In the case of infants, a birth certificate can be used.

Yes, TVs on the cruise are used for promotions, safety guidelines and procedures, playing movies and audio songs. We are glad to also announce that soon our TV commercials will be visible on the Nautika cruise TV.

No, however, you can track your PNR online by going to Nautika's website once your ticket is booked and PNR is generated.
