Additional Information

  • Travelers who have completed 14 days after two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination do not need the RT-PCR test.
  • For those who are not fully vaccinated, the RT-PCR test is mandatory and they must have a COVID-19 negative report 48 hours before flight departure.
  • Unvaccinated travelers may be tested for COVID-19 once again at Port Blair airport and the cost of the test will be free.
  • A BT WhatsApp support group is available for post-booking inquiries from Tuesday to Thursday, only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • The post-booking BT WhatsApp support group will be closed during Indian holidays.
  • Please avoid messaging the post-booking WhatsApp group or calling the 24/7 support number outside the specified hours, i.e., Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Once you have booked with us, chatting or calling with your travel buddy will not be permitted. All future chats and communications will happen only in the post-booking BT WhatsApp support group.
  • Your dedicated travel buddy will respond only in the support group, ensuring the same commitment and service parameters promised before your booking.
  • Neither the BalmyTrip employee nor the client can initiate a direct chat or call with the travel buddy after the trip is booked.
  • All future conversations will only occur via chat in the dedicated support groups. Therefore, please clearly state your concerns within the post-booking WhatsApp support group.
  • If we cannot address your issues via chat, we will arrange a callback. Note that we cannot address your concerns or respond to your messages outside business hours. Thank you.

  • 24/7 trip support will be available 24 hours before the start date of your trip and will last until the end of the trip.

  • Chat support’s SLA is within 15 minutes (from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM only).

  • The call support’s SLA is within 5 minutes (24/7/365).

  • We maintain the same level commitment and professionalism that we demonstrated prior to receiving the payment. We never change our tone, switch off our phones, or make a mess. Please use the booking reference number for all future communications with us.

  • Our compliance team will conduct an audit call to ensure that the commitments made by your travel advisor at the time of booking are genuine.

  • The Audit & Compliance Division is a separate vertical of BalmyTrip, ensuring transparency, trust, and faith in achieving quality standards.

  • Please note that as most of our bookings are done via email in the backend, you will not receive hotel and activity vouchers.

  • Additionally, we will not provide email proofs for your reservations due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between respective partners and BalmyTrip. Instead, you will receive a trip schedule with all the relevant information related to your journey.

  • The trip schedule will be sent anywhere from 24 hours to seven days before your trip departure date.

  • Our post-booking support service is usually created within 24 to 48 hours after the first payment.

  • This is a WhatsApp chat support group, and we are highly responsive. We are known for setting ambitious standards.

  • The online booking option is only available for two people.
  • For bookings with more than two guests, please seek offline assistance.
  • The word “complimentary” means “free”. These free services are provided in every Andaman package to make our product unique. Please be informed that BalmyTrip Holidays does not charge any amount for these complimentary services.
  • Removing these complimentary services from your package does not provide you with any discounts. So, even if you choose to skip, remove, or customize any of the complimentary services, there are no discounts, refunds, or compensations.
  • In case you are unable to avail any of these services because of any reasons, there are no refunds or compensations.
  • In case you do not like any of the complimentary services, there are no compensations, alternate arrangements, or refunds.
  • In case you miss any of the complimentary services because of flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, or personal concerns, you are not entitled to any alternate arrangements or refunds.
  • In exceedingly rare scenarios, which happened with 1% of our past travelers, we have seen photos clicked at Corbyn’s Cove beach or Radha Nagar beach, Havelock go corrupt/damaged during the photo editing process. As a result, we were unable to send photos to the clients.
  • Please be informed that couple photoshoots come under complimentary services. If a similar unfortunate and unintentional scenario happens to you, there will not be any refunds or compensation provided by BalmyTrip under any circumstances.
  • In case you were unable to use the complimentary scuba dive because of flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, or personal concerns, you are not entitled to any alternate arrangements or refunds.
  • Sometimes speedboats get cancelled because of severe weather or operational issues. However, these possibilities are exceedingly rare and have only occurred with 1% of our past travelers.
  • If a similar unfortunate situation happens to you, we will do our level best to assist you and provide the necessary support.
  • In the event that your speedboat is cancelled and you are unable to reach your next destination, hotels will not provide any refunds as per their policies and agreements. Therefore, you will be required to book a new hotel and pay the extra cost for this.
  • BalmyTrip Holidays will not bear any losses and will not provide compensation for any losses incurred due to speedboat operational issues. However, we will make every feasible effort to provide you with the best and most affordable options available at that point in time.
  • If your travel dates fall on or before 1st Aug 2024, a bottle of wine, an extra photo shoot in Port Blair, and an additional motorbike in Port Blair will be removed.
  • At least two people are needed to make the booking.
  • The given prices are not valid for peak season travel.
  • The peak season dates are from December 21st, 2024 to January 06th, 2025.
  • Sometimes, White Coral Havelock hotel is sold out due to high demand. If this happens, we will provide alternate options such as Haywizz Havelock Island Resort, Blue Bird Havelock.
  • Sometimes, Coral Garden, Neil hotel is sold out due to high demand. If this happens, we will provide alternate options such as Pearl Park Beach Resort or Symphony Summer Sands.
  • There might be slight differences in prices, and if that’s the case, your travel buddy will inform you well in advance about the tariff difference, which must be paid by the clients.
  • Please note that speed boat schedules may change and be decided by speed boat companies.
  • BalmyTrip reserves the right to revise the itinerary and hotels for any situation beyond our control and provide the best alternate options available.

  • Pay ₹ 21,700 to make a booking which includes 25% of the land package (non-refundable deposit).
  • Pay the remainder of ₹ 8,800 once you reach Port Blair.

Payment Plan for Class A (Honeymoon Special) Category:

  • Pay ₹ 21,700 to make a booking which includes 25% of the land package (non-refundable deposit).
  • Pay the remainder of ₹ 13,500 once you reach Port Blair.

Trip Itinerary

  • Upon arrival at Port Blair, our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel.
  • After checking in, take some time to relax and alleviate your weariness.
  • Next, visit the Cellular Jail and Corbyn’s Cove Beach, followed by a couple’s photo shoot.
  • When you return to the hotel, you will receive a cake. 
  • Your overnight stay will be at Port Blair.

Important Notes:

  • Most hotels in Port Blair have a check-in time of 10:00 AM and a checkout time of 8:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to room availability and the hotel’s discretion.
  • Sightseeing typically begins at 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
  • Please note that breakfast will not be available on the first day of check-in. Breakfast will be served from the following day onwards.
  • If you plan to leave for Havelock Island or Baratang Island early the next day, please inform the Port Blair hotel so they can arrange a takeaway breakfast.
  • Start your day at your leisure, enjoy a healthy breakfast served at the hotel, and get ready to depart to Havelock Island.
  • If you have an early morning speedboat to Havelock, please don’t forget to carry a packed takeaway breakfast.
  • Your driver will pick you up from the hotel between 5:30-7:30 AM and drop you off at Havelock Jetty.
  • The speedboat usually departs early in the morning between 6:30-8:30 AM.
  • However, in some cases, the early morning option may not be available. In such situations, we will assign another speedboat that leaves between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
  • Once you arrive at Havelock Jetty, our representative will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel in a private car.
  • In the evening get ready to cover the famous Radhanagar beach in 2-Wheeler followed by couple photo-shoot
  • Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine.
  • Your overnight stay at the Havelock Hotel.

Important Notes:

  • The check-in time for most of the hotels in Havelock starts at 10:30-11:00 AM, and the checkout time is 8:00-8:30 AM.
    Early check-in and late check out is subject to room availability and solely at the discretion of the hotel authorities
  • The 2-wheeler will be delivered to your hotel between 1:00 and 2:00 PM.
  • If your photo shoot is impacted by sudden or unpredictable rain and you have a buffer day or alternate timing available, we will do our best to reschedule the shoot depending on the photographer’s appointment availability. If rescheduling is not possible, no refunds, compensations, or alternate arrangements will be provided.
  • Most of the petrol pumps in Havelock close by 5:00 PM. Please fill up on fuel before 5:00 PM to avoid inconvenience
  • Start your day off right with a leisurely breakfast served at the hotel before leaving for your Scuba Dive at 7:30am.
  • The dive itself typically takes about an hour to complete and includes a small recording, as well as pictures.
  • Upon returning to the hotel, you are free to relax until the evening when you can visit Kalapathar beach for a sunset ride on a rented 2-wheeler.
  • Overnight stay at Havelock

Important Notes:

  • Please note that you will only get scuba diving if you have selected Class A (Honeymoon) package.
  • Please note that no refunds will be provided in the event that you are unable to participate in the dive, even for medical reasons.
  •  It’s important to remember not to engage with any cab drivers or service providers in Havelock directly for any water sports activities, as BalmyTrip is the only service responsible for ensuring quality and safety. For this reason, please only deal with BalmyTrip directly to avoid any potential misconduct or poor service.
  • Wake up in the morning at your ease and enjoy a healthy breakfast served at the hotel.
  • The entire day is yours to explore and spend as you please.
  • Overnight stay at Havelock Hotel.
  • Wake up in the morning at your leisure to enjoy a healthy breakfast served at the hotel, and get ready to leave for port Blair.
  • Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at Havelock Jetty.
  • Board the speed boat and depart for Port Blair
  • The speed boat to Port Blair leaves between 9:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
  • A 2-wheeler/scooty will be provided to explore Port Blair on your own
  • You will spend the night at a hotel in Port Blair.
