  • BalmyTrip holds the right to revise the itinerary and hotels for any situation beyond our control and provide the best alternate options available.
  • In the event that agreed hotels/activities partners are unavailable, shut down, or bankrupt for future travel dates, BalmyTrip will provide alternate options best in the company’s scope
  • (TCS) Tax collected at source refers to the tax collected by the seller from the buyer at the time of sale.
  • The deducted amount from the sale value has to be deposited with the government within the prescribed time frame. As per section 206C of the Income Tax Act, this provision applies to goods on which TCS is applicable.
  • For the purchase of overseas tour packages up to Rs. 7 lakhs, a 5% TCS is applicable. For overseas tour packages exceeding the value of Rs.7 lakhs, 20% TCS is collected.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax liability, and any excess amount can be claimed as a refund.
  • If Aadhaar or PAN is unavailable, 20% TCS is collected while debiting the buyer’s account or on receipt of money.

  • If you cancel your trip, the amount of TCS paid is non-refundable.

  • Upon validating the PAN, if it is found that you have not filed your income tax returns for the previous two years and the aggregate TCS and TDS exceed INR 50,000, an additional TCS (5/20%, as the case may be) will be collected from you or the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

  • If the PAN-AADHAR is not linked, a higher TCS rate will be applicable, and TCS credit will not appear on Form 26/AIS/TIS, and TCS certificates will not be available.

  • Outward remittance under LRS cannot continue if PAN-AADHAR is not linked.

  • The user is liable to pay tax collected at source (TCS) on booking an overseas tour package at an appropriate rate in compliance with section 206C (1G)(B) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. BalmyTrip Holidays will deposit the collected TCS amount with the government and issue a suitable document/certificate to the user.

  • The user is required to provide a valid PAN of user/traveler(s) when booking an overseas tour package with BalmyTrip Holidays. The user understands and agrees that BalmyTrip Holidays will validate the PAN at the time of booking or at a later stage to check compliance with section 206CC of the Income Tax Act.

  • The user agrees that if the PAN is invalid or does not belong to the user/traveler(s), BalmyTrip has the right to cancel the booking in compliance with the law and process a refund as per the payment and cancellation policy.

  • 50% of the land package (non-refundable deposit) + 100 % of the Visa Cost is required if your travel dates are more than 46 days in advance
  • The second and final installment is due 30 days before the departure date of the trip

Trip Itinerary

  • Pick-up from Ho Chi Minh Airport – Private transfer using GenX
  • Early check in to hotel as per your flight arrival timings
  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • City Tour starts at approx. 12:00 PM
  • First Visit Independence Palace, private car to reach palace will be provided under GenX. You will also get a guide at Independence palace for help.
  • Next take a walk to visit Saigon Post Office followed by visit to famous kook street and Notre Dame Cathedral
  • Return to hotel – Private car will be provided under GenX
  • Collect your luggage from hotel and leave for airport in private car – Under GenX
  • Catch late evening domestic flight to Da Dang, arrive at Da Nang, private car will be provided from Da Nang airport to the hotel
  • Check in to hotel in Da Nang, followed by comfortable overnight sleep!

  • Explore a Hindu temple constructed between the 4th and 14th centuries AD by the Kings of Champa during the cool morning hours.
  • My Son’s ruins are known as the largest temple complex of the Champa Kingdom in the coastal region. Exhibiting influences of Indian civilization, this site is situated in a picturesque emerald valley southwest of Hoi An.
  • Enjoy a private car ride under GenX to visit My Son sanctuary from Hoi An.
  • Return to the hotel, retrieve your luggage, and depart for the airport in a private car provided by GenX.
  • Catch a late evening domestic flight from Da Nag airport to Ha Noi, where a private car will await at the airport to transport you to the hotel.
  • Check in at the hotel in Ha Noi and have a restful overnight stay.

  • 13:30 – Explore Surprising Cave ( Amazing Cave – Sung Sot Cave )
  • Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.
  • 14:30 – Titop Island – Titop Beach – Titop Mountian – Swimming – Hiking
  • Stop at Titop Island. One this small island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
