• A BT WhatsApp support group is available for post-booking inquiries from Tuesday to Thursday, only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• The post-booking BT WhatsApp support group will be closed during Indian holidays.
• Please avoid messaging the post-booking WhatsApp group or calling the 24/7 support number outside the specified hours, i.e., Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Once you have booked with us, chatting or calling with your travel buddy will not be permitted. All future chats and communications will happen only in the post-booking BT WhatsApp support group.
• Your dedicated travel buddy will respond only in the support group, ensuring the same commitment and service parameters promised before your booking.
• Neither the BalmyTrip employee nor the client can initiate a direct chat or call with the travel buddy after the trip is booked.
• All future conversations will only occur via chat in the dedicated support groups. Therefore, please clearly state your concerns within the post-booking WhatsApp support group.
• If we cannot address your issues via chat, we will arrange a callback. Note that we cannot address your concerns or respond to your messages outside business hours. Thank you.

• 24/7 trip support will be available 24 hours before the start date of your trip and will last until the end of the trip.

• Chat support’s SLA is within 15 minutes (from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM only).

• The call support’s SLA is within 5 minutes (24/7/365).

• We maintain the same level commitment and professionalism that we demonstrated prior to receiving the payment. We never change our tone, switch off our phones, or make a mess. Please use the booking reference number for all future communications with us.

• Our compliance team will conduct an audit call to ensure that the commitments made by your travel advisor at the time of booking are genuine.

• The Audit & Compliance Division is a separate vertical of BalmyTrip, ensuring transparency, trust, and faith in achieving quality standards.

• Please note that as most of our bookings are done via email in the backend, you will not receive hotel and activity vouchers.

• Additionally, we will not provide email proofs for your reservations due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between respective partners and BalmyTrip. Instead, you will receive a trip schedule with all the relevant information related to your journey.

• The trip schedule will be sent anywhere from 24 hours to seven days before your trip departure date.

• Our post-booking support service is usually created within 24 to 48 hours after the first payment.

• This is a WhatsApp chat support group, and we are highly responsive. We are known for setting ambitious standards.

• The online booking option is only available for two people.
• For bookings with more than two guests, please seek offline assistance.

• Honeymoon freebies provided in the package are only applicable if you book your Hoi An hotel with us, as we have a special partnership with the Hoi An hotel. If you book the Hoi An hotel independently or change the Hoi An hotel, you will not be able to claim any of the honeymoon freebies.

• The word “complementary” means “free”. These services are provided for free in few Turkey packages to make our product unique.

• Please note that BalmyTrip Holidays does not charge anything for these complimentary services.

• Removing these services from your package does not entitle you to any discounts. Even if you choose to skip, remove, or customize any of the complimentary services, there will be no discounts, refunds, or compensation in any of the packages.

• In case you are unable to avail of any of these services for any reason, there will be no refunds or compensation.

• If you do not like any of the complimentary services, there will be no compensation, alternative arrangements, or refunds.

• If you miss any of the complimentary services due to flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, or personal concerns, you are not entitled to any alternative arrangements or refunds.

• Given that you are managing the DIY aspect, you must pay close attention to booking the correct flights according to the itinerary and selecting hotels that are centrally located and not far from the main tourist attractions.
• Honeymoon freebies provided in the package are only applicable if you book your Hoi An hotel with us, as we have a special partnership with the Hoi An hotel. If you book the Hoi An hotel independently, you will not be able to claim any of the honeymoon freebies. In order to claim the honeymoon freebies, you must book 1 night at the Hoi An hotel with us; the extra cost for one night’s hotel stay in Hoi An is 3500 rupees.

Given that you are handling the DIY aspect, you must pay close attention to booking the correct flights according to the itinerary and choosing hotels that are centrally located and not far from the main tourist attractions.

• 5 % TCS is your money, this amount can be 100% claimed at the time of filing ITR.
• Holiday surcharge: VND 300,000 VND (applicable on 24 – 25 Dec 2025, 31 Dec 2025 – 01 Jan 2026, 28 Jan – 03 Feb 2025, 29 Apr – 02 May 2025, and 01 – 02 Sep 2025) per person
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Few Hotels can ask for a refundable deposit of $50
• The local currency Vietnamese Dong (VND)
• 1 VND is approximately equal to 0.0039 INR + FX conversion charges, this can change as per the current forex conversion rates governed by RBI
• Original passport with at least 6 months of validity (from the date of travel) and at least 2 blank pages (required for visa stamping during entry and exit)
• Physical SIM card can only be delivered at the airport between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• If your flight arrival time crosses this window, we will refund 100% of the cost for Physical-SIM card or deliver e-SIM
• e SIM has 3GB data with 5 days of validity
• Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Partner spa timings are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Sun)
• Motor bike delivery time is between 2:00 to 3:00 PM
• You must deposit either your passport or USD 500 as a security deposit for motor bike rental.
• The official language is Vietnamese and Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam
• The religion followed is Buddhism and the national anthem is Tiến Quân Ca
• Local time in Vietnam is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Indian Standard Time
• BalmyTrip holds the right to revise the itinerary and hotels for any situation beyond our control and provide the best alternate options available.
• In the event that agreed hotels/activities partners are unavailable, shut down, or bankrupt for future travel dates, BalmyTrip will provide alternate options best in the company’s scope

• (TCS) Tax collected at source refers to the tax collected by the seller from the buyer at the time of sale.
• The deducted amount from the sale value has to be deposited with the government within the prescribed time frame. As per section 206C of the Income Tax Act, this provision applies to goods on which TCS is applicable.
• For the purchase of overseas tour packages up to Rs. 7 lakhs, a 5% TCS is applicable. For overseas tour packages exceeding the value of Rs.7 lakhs, 20% TCS is collected.
• TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax liability, and any excess amount can be claimed as a refund.
• If Aadhaar or PAN is unavailable, 20% TCS is collected while debiting the buyer’s account or on receipt of money.
• If you cancel your trip, the amount of TCS paid is non-refundable.
• Upon validating the PAN, if it is found that you have not filed your income tax returns for the previous two years and the aggregate TCS and TDS exceed INR 50,000, an additional TCS (5/20%, as the case may be) will be collected from you or the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
• If the PAN-AADHAR is not linked, a higher TCS rate will be applicable, and TCS credit will not appear on Form 26/AIS/TIS, and TCS certificates will not be available.
• Outward remittance under LRS cannot continue if PAN-AADHAR is not linked.
• The user is liable to pay tax collected at source (TCS) on booking an overseas tour package at an appropriate rate in compliance with section 206C (1G)(B) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. BalmyTrip Holidays will deposit the collected TCS amount with the government and issue a suitable document/certificate to the user.
• The user is required to provide a valid PAN of user/traveler(s) when booking an overseas tour package with BalmyTrip Holidays. The user understands and agrees that BalmyTrip Holidays will validate the PAN at the time of booking or at a later stage to check compliance with section 206CC of the Income Tax Act.
• The user agrees that if the PAN is invalid or does not belong to the user/traveler(s), BalmyTrip has the right to cancel the booking in compliance with the law and process a refund as per the payment and cancellation policy.
