Travel industry has a volatile nature, for example, flight fares are dynamic and increase and decrease over the period, hotels room inventory in peak season get sold out quickly, visa appointment slots get occupied with delays and many factors. We request clients to make quick payment to the trusted partners to avoid any discomfort, The sooner we make payments, the better possibilities we must cut of these risks. BalmyTrip does strict sanity checks to avoid these issues before you make payments and takes below steps:

• BalmyTrip rechecks the flight fare and airline availability before you make the payment.
• BalmyTrip rechecks the hotels availability before you make the payment.
• BalmyTrip rechecks the visa appointments before you make the payment.
• BalmyTrip gives an early warning specially to the consumers where flight booking is involved about the possible airfare hikes with delays. BalmyTrip has its own GDS which helps the forecast the airline prices.
• BalmyTrip partners have option to hold the airline PNR, prices and seats, most of the airlines allow this facility in GDS. In case the airline you have chosen allows to hold the seats, BalmyTrip partner hold your flight once you are about to make payment and assure price lock.
• If you are booking well in advance, BalmyTrip partners have agreed to book the hotels if the price and room availability lock options are available once you are about to make the payment. This way we cut the possibility of hotels getting sold out.
• In an exceedingly are scenarios where the flight fares have abruptly touched sky-high prices and consumers do not have that much budget, BalmyTrip will refund quote comparison fee and travel partner’s fee. These scenarios are handled on case-to-case basis and BalmyTrip evaluates the genuineness of the cases and support the clients with refunds. Please do remember, this is an exception to our non-refundable payment policies and consumers must not intentionally misuse this flexibility.
