Important Notes:
- Payment through debit/credit cards will incur an additional charge of 3.0% of the total invoice amount.
- Payment through RuPay credit cards will incur an additional charge of 3.5% of the total invoice amount.
- Depositing cash directly into a bank or deposit machine will incur an additional surcharge of 1.5% of the total amount deposited. To avoid this surcharge, we recommend exploring alternative deposit methods.
- All refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- GST invoices for online bookings are sent as soon as we receive the payment. For offline bookings, it may take up to seven days from the last payment made.
- To avoid late payment charges, please make payments on time as per the agreed payment policy.
- Late payment fees are INR 500 per day.
- If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, a maximum of 7 additional days will be granted to clear delayed installments/pending payments along with late payment charges of INR 500*7 (INR 500 * 7 days) = INR 3500 rupees.
- Failure to make payment within 7 days will result in the automatic cancellation of the trip, with a 100% loss of the paid trip amount
- According to Income Tax Act, 1961, TCS @ 5% is mandatory for any international/overseas tour package.
- A valid PAN card is mandatory for booking. If a PAN card is not provided, TCS @ 10% will be applicable. You will be able to claim the credit of such TCS amount against income tax payable at the time of filing ITR.
- 5% GST & 5 TCS are non-refundable, however, you can claim 5% TCS at the time of filing ITR.
- Clients must provide all necessary documents and meet all prerequisites for obtaining a visa. In the event of a visa being denied by the embassy/visa issuing authorities for any reason, BalmyTrip will not be held responsible for any losses incurred. Standard payment and cancellation policies will still apply.
- All refunds are processed within 21 business days from the date of cancellation, provided that there are no delays in receiving funds from the respective partners.
B: Payment Policy for Dubinion, Vietnion, Singapinion, and for all other passes:
- 100% of the pro-pass cost is required at the time of booking.
- Cancel 21 days before the trip start date to receive a 75% refund.
- No refunds will be issued if you cancel between 0 to 21 days before the date of travel or for no-shows.
