Drivers eagerly take visitors there to shop and then receive a commission. That’s the reality. We refuse to involve ourselves in these practices, even if it means losing sales. We are happy with it and prioritize authentic Balinese experiences!
DMCs and many local companies dominate the local market by offering lower prices to drivers. In return, drivers create a fuss and offer below-standard service to clients. The logic is simple: you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, most clients do not know this fact and trust blindly the travel companies they chose as their travel partner. No mandatory RT-PCR test is required to enter Bali as of now. However, this rule can change, and you must check the requirements set by the Indonesian government a few days prior to your departure.
Upon arrival at the entry points, foreign travelers must undergo a COVID-19 symptom check, which includes a body temperature check, under the following conditions.
If there are no symptoms of COVID-19 and the body temperature is below 37.5 degrees Celsius, there is no need to undergo an RT-PCR examination upon arrival. However, if there are any COVID-19 symptoms or the body temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, an RT-PCR examination must be conducted upon arrival.

Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the funds receipt from “[email protected]” or other relevant accounting authorities of BalmyTrip.
Our compliance team will conduct an audit call to ensure that the commitments your travel advisor made to you at the time of booking are genuine.
The Audit & Compliance Division is a separate vertical of BalmyTrip, ensuring transparency, trust, and faith in achieving quality standards.
Please note that as most of our bookings are done in the backend via emails, you will not receive hotel and activities vouchers. Also, we will not be able to provide email proofs for your reservations due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between respective partners and BalmyTrip. Instead, you will receive a trip schedule that will have all the relevant information related to your trip.
The trip schedule will be sent anywhere from 24 hours to seven days before your trip departure date.
Please note that GST invoices will only be available once the trip is fully completed.
Our post-booking support service is usually created within 24 to 48 hours after the first payment. This is a WhatsApp chat support group, and we are highly responsive. We are known for setting ambitious standards.”
The word “complementary” means “free”. These free services are provided in every Bali package to make our product unique. Please be informed that BalmyTrip Holidays does not charge any amount for these complementary services.
Removing these complementary services from your package does not provide you with any discounts. So even if you choose to skip, remove, or customize any of the complementary services, there are no discounts, refunds, or compensations in any of the packages.
In case you are unable to avail of any of these services for any reason, there will be no refunds or compensations.
If you do not like any of the complementary services, there are no compensations, alternate arrangements, or refunds.
If you miss any of the complementary services because of flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, or personal concerns, you are not entitled to any alternate arrangements or refunds.
Sometimes, speedboats may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or operational issues. These possibilities are exceedingly rare, and have only occurred with 1% of our past travelers. In the unfortunate event that this happens to you, we will do our best to assist you and provide the necessary support.
Please note that if your speedboat is cancelled and you are unable to reach your next destination, the hotel will not provide any refunds as per their policies and agreement. You will need to book a new hotel and pay for any extra costs incurred. BalmyTrip Holidays will not bear any losses and will not compensate for any losses that may occur due to speedboat operation issues. However, we will try to provide you with the best and most affordable options available at the time.
Please note that the tourist SIM services in Bali may not be seamless and there may be network issues. If you experience any problems with the SIM, please inform us and we will do our best to assist you. However, kindly remember that BalmyTrip is not the service provider for these SIM cards, and we are therefore not responsible for any service issues that may occur.
