In exceedingly rare scenarios which happened with 1% of our past travelers, we have seen photos clicked at Corbyn’s cove beach went corrupt/damaged during the photos editing process. As a result, we were unable to send photos to the clients, please be informed couple photoshoot comes under complementary services. If similar unfortunate and unintentional scenario happens with you, there will not be any refunds/compensation provided by BalmyTrip under any scenarios
In case you were unable to use complementary scuba dive because of flight delays, ferry delays, weather conditions, health concerns, personal concerns, you are not entitled for any alternate arrangements/refunds.
Sometimes speed boats get cancelled because of severe weather and operations issues, however these possibilities are exceedingly rare and happened with 1% of our past travelers only
In case similar unfortunate situation happens with you, we try our level best to take you out of the situation and provide the best support in scope
In case your speed boats are cancelled, and you are unable to reach next destination, hotel do not provide any refund as per the hotel policies and agreement
You will be required to book a new hotel and pay the extra cost for the same; BalmyTrip Holidays will not bear any losses and will not compensate in any regard for the losses that happened to you because of the speedboat operations issues. However, we will try every feasible way to provide you the best and cheap options available at that point of time

Check-in time for most of the Port Blair hotel starts at 10:00 AM and checkout time is 8:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check out is subject to room availability and solely at the discretion of the hotel authorities
Sightseeing usually starts at 2:00 to 3:00 PM
Please be informed you will not get the breakfast ond ay 1 when you are checking to the hotel, breakfast will be available from next day onwards
In case you are leaving next day early morning to Havelock island / Baratang Island , please inform the Port Blair hotel to arrange a take away breakfast
Ross & North Bay Island trip starts at 8:00 A.M in the morning and finishes around 2:00 to 3:00 PM
Ross & North Bay Island remains closed on Wednesday, if your travel dates falls on Wednesday, we will shift the plan to last day in Port Blair

Check-in time for most of the Havelock hotels starts at 10:30-11:00 AM and checkout time is 8:00-8:30 AM.
Early check-in and late check out is subject to room availability and solely at the discretion of the hotel authorities
2 wheeler will be delivered to your hotel around 12:00 to 1:00 PM
Important Notes:
No refund will be provided if you are not able to do Scuba dive for any reasons, this includes medical reasons as well
Do not engage with cab driver and local service provider in Havelock for any water sports activities directly, else there will always be issues and BalmyTrip will not be responsible for any misconduct or poor service parameters.
Always deal with BalmyTrip directly. This is a very critical point as most of the drivers and local service providers in Havelock specifically will try to upsell the activities without our permissions and knowledge in back end
Important Notes:
Speed boat to Neil leaves around 2:00 PM and boarding starts at 12:30 PM. While the hotel check out time is 8:00 AM, this means
you have approx. extra 4 hours in Havelock Island to cover any places you missed. To make your journey comfortable we have extended the 2 wheeler timings for you and you can keep the 2 wheeler with you till 12:00 PM
This option is now included as per feedback received from more than 500 clients who expressed the wish to have extra time in Havelock Island
This option is only available if your booking is done at least 60 to 75 days in advance as for short term bookings 2:00 PM speed boat might become sold out
In case 2:00 PM speed boat is sold out, we will assign morning speed boat which leaves between 09:00 to 10:30 AM

In case 3:30 PM speed boat is sold out, we will assign morning speed boat which leaves round 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
